Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Sales Recruiter to work remotely, who will manage the entire recruitment cycle for sales representatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source sales talent through various channels
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with sales managers to obtain timely feedback and finalize offers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume environments
• Proven ability to track and report on metrics such as fill rate and time-to-hire
• Experience in sourcing candidates proactively rather than relying solely on applications
• Strong communication skills with a direct approach to candidates and hiring managers
• Familiarity with solar, home services, or in-home sales hiring is a plus
