Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
- Strong proficiency with Flow Builder and Salesforce data tools like Data Loader
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce's security model, including profiles and permission sets
- Experience with AWS Connect Call Center technology and troubleshooting telephony functionality within Salesforce
