Senior Salesforce Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance their Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user management, reports and dashboards, Flows, data compliance, and system audits
- Support end-users in real-time with issues related to Salesforce, installed packages, and other integrations
- Lead solutions design activities and develop technical documentation for Salesforce enhancements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce Administrator Certification, Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce-specific DevOps tools like Copado, Salesforce DX, and Gearset
- Advanced expertise with Salesforce Flow design, development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Proven experience delivering work in a dynamic Agile environment
