Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a healthcare-focused project utilizing Salesforce Health Cloud, the full-time Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, design and configure solutions, and support user training, working remotely from LATAM.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design and configure Health Cloud features, including care plans and scheduling processes
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Health Cloud and Salesforce Flows
- Understanding of integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, data mapping)
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
