Senior Salesforce Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to support federal and public sector initiatives in a part-time remote capacity, responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce delivery, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and leading discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Salesforce delivery across core platform capabilities, focusing on business analysis and requirements definition
- Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead discovery sessions and document current and future-state business processes to support solution design
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant, with a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience
- Proven experience supporting Salesforce implementations in federal or highly regulated environments
- Strong business analysis expertise, including requirements elicitation and user story development
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certification preferred
