Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
To support a growing IT services practice, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce capabilities, including custom Apex solutions, integrations, and automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX (SFDX) development
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and foundational experience in Java for web application development
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth-based authentication
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform focusing on reusable component architecture and UI optimization
