Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer for a hybrid position in Woodlawn, MD, who will develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet business requirements while driving innovation on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions according to business requirements and goals
- Collaborate with team members to follow Salesforce best practices and perform code reviews
- Propose new Salesforce solutions and suggest industry best practices based on recent releases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5 years Salesforce experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
