Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the Veterans Benefits Administration, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will develop applications within the Salesforce platform, elaborate on business requirements, and lead integrations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop applications and solutions within the Salesforce platform and lead the development lifecycle from design through testing and release
- Write code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, and build integrations with back-office systems
- Participate in the Salesforce Center of Excellence and troubleshoot user issues while following established development standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 8+ years of experience
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud design and implementation
- Strong experience using Salesforce programming languages, including Apex and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience using Mulesoft for integrations
- Experience delivering on an Agile delivery schedule and working on an Agile scrum team
