Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
To support the Salesforce development team, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and optimize solutions across the Salesforce platform while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for Salesforce solutions, including design, development, testing, and ongoing support
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience
- Establish development standards and provide mentorship to team members while troubleshooting and resolving application issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Three to five years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex business solutions
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Experience with declarative development tools such as Flow and Process Builder
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations and version control systems like Git
