Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with governmental public health experience, this full-time remote position will lead development on complex Salesforce implementations, mentor junior developers, and contribute to solutions that enhance public health operations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design alongside architects
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and guidance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 1-3 years working for a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Platform Developer II preferred)
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
