Job Summary
To support the Retail Sales Division, the full-time Senior Salesforce Developer will provide system support, user administration, and configuration of Salesforce CRM, while utilizing advanced Salesforce features and collaborating with team members in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Apply advanced Salesforce features to fulfill business needs defined in user stories
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient feature development
- Mentor junior developers and improve team efficiency through automation and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in Salesforce development
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
- Prior experience in mortgage banking or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technology and database design
