Senior Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Salesforce Engineer will partner with Account Executives and Industry SMEs to design and implement Salesforce solutions that address complex financial services challenges, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategies throughout the sales cycle
- Lead discovery sessions to analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions and develop tailored demonstrations and presentations for clients
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Solution Engineering, enterprise consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven success in supporting enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including various Clouds and integration patterns
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical solutions
- Salesforce certifications required or strongly preferred; AI and Data Cloud certifications are a plus
