Senior Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a Prime contractor and government customer, the full-time remote Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce capabilities while ensuring secure and reliable digital services delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, configure, develop, integrate, and sustain Salesforce capabilities across various Salesforce Clouds and tools
- Translate business and operational requirements into practical technical solutions while supporting platform architecture and release readiness
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery with federal operating expectations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in senior platform engineering or application development, preferably in complex enterprise or government environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, development, integration, and operations
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into maintainable technical outcomes
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
