Supporting and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), the full-time temporary Senior SAP Business Analyst will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and configure, test, and troubleshoot payroll system enhancements in a remote setting.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Experience with Employee Central to ECP data replication
- Ability to query and analyze data using SQL
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
- Proven experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications
