Senior SAP H2R Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Hire to Retire (H2R) business processes, the remote Senior SAP H2R Consultant will serve as the functional expert for the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Finance while adhering to federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates requirements gathering and design workshops for Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management in a federal context
• Performs hands-on configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and coordinates integration with S/4HANA processes
• Leads the migration of sensitive personnel data and writes comprehensive test plans for payroll and time management calculations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
• Deep understanding of integration points between cloud HR solutions and SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Proven experience with Payroll and Time Management in regulated environments
• SAP certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, or SAP HCM
