Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a contract Senior SAP HCM Time and Payroll Consultant, the remote role will lead functional configuration for SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll and Time Management systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage high-priority incidents while working aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional configuration for SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll (US & Canada) and Time Management systems
• Write, modify, and optimize complex Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas
• Manage the high-priority incident queue, troubleshooting functional defects and supporting enhancement requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 15+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring SAP HCM Payroll for the US and Canada
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative time tracking)
• Demonstrated expert mastery of PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas
• Ability to work effectively aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours
