Senior Scheduler

Job Summary

Leading project planning and execution, the full-time Senior Scheduler will manage the implementation of Project Controls practices, oversee schedule development, and ensure compliance with client specifications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Proposal or Project Baseline Schedule, including leading planning sessions and schedule updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key milestones and resource loading for project schedules
• Provide oversight of Project Controls throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to client reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in Project Controls Schedule Analysis or related roles
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Office 365, and related Project Controls software
• Working knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling Techniques and Workface Planning
• Professional Level Certification (AACE, PMI, or similar) is preferred
