Senior Scheduler

Job Summary

To support multiple concurrent construction projects, the fully remote Senior Scheduler will develop, implement, and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) baseline schedules using Primavera P6, while also providing scheduling analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program- and project-level construction schedules, integrating individual project and subcontractor schedules into master schedules
• Update schedules regularly, preparing narratives, progress analyses, and milestone status reports while monitoring project milestones and critical path activities
• Analyze contractor-generated schedules and perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) related to claims and delays, providing recommendations to project managers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience using Primavera P6 for developing and maintaining construction schedules
• Demonstrated experience with CPM construction schedules and supporting new vertical construction and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of critical path methodology, scheduling logic, and construction progress analysis
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
