Senior Scheduler for Construction

Job Summary

Supporting scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale data center construction project, the full-time Senior Scheduler for Construction will develop and monitor the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), interface with stakeholders, and prepare baseline schedules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Prepare baseline schedules and conduct resource loading and leveling
• Assess impacts on the critical path and provide schedule progress reports and analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in construction project control services
• Direct experience working within a complex matrix environment
• Expertise in using Primavera P6
• Excellent communication skills
