Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
Guiding Agile teams as a facilitator and coach, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will lead Scrum events, remove impediments, and promote Agile principles in a remote flexible role based in the DC Metro Area.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress
- Coach teams on Scrum principles and Agile methodologies to enhance effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe frameworks
- Experience using GitLab for Agile project tracking and collaboration
