Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
Leading multiple cross-functional Agile teams, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will ensure adherence to Scrum practices, facilitate key ceremonies, and coach teams on Agile principles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for 2-4 Agile teams, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices to enhance collaboration and outcomes
- Leverage Jira AI and Copilot tools to optimize workflows, reporting, and team productivity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM II, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, with experience using Jira AI and Copilot
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum delivery metrics
- Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and DevOps principles
