Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
Leading Agile delivery for complex enterprise platform migrations, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for large-scale platform migrations across multiple teams
- Utilize delivery metrics to enhance planning, predictability, and team accountability
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in complex environments
- Proven experience with large-scale platform migrations involving multiple teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
- Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent
