Job Summary
To support a federal IT modernization initiative, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will work remotely, facilitating Agile events, leading technical delivery teams through the Software Delivery Lifecycle, and overseeing product backlog management while driving Agile enablement across stakeholder groups.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, applying both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Lead technical delivery teams through the Software Delivery Lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions
- Coach teams on effective requirements gathering and continuous delivery processes while engaging various stakeholders
Required qualifications
- US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 11 years of relevant professional experience
- Active Scrum certification or other industry-related Agile certifications
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master on IT modernization projects or enterprise solutions
