Job Summary
To drive organizational transformation and enhance Agile practices, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will coach teams and leaders, facilitate Scrum events, and influence enterprise-level initiatives, with options for in-person, hybrid, or remote work environments; Senior Scrum Master Certification Required.
Key responsibilities
- Coaches Scrum teams in self-management and cross-functionality while ensuring effective Scrum events
- Drives Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and provides training and mentoring on Scrum and Lean-Agile practices
- Guides Product Owners in effective backlog management and facilitates stakeholder collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams using Scrum
- Experience in establishing Scrum practices as defined by the Scrum Guide
- At least one relevant Scrum certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, PSK)
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all organizational levels
