Senior Security and IT Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing security and IT function, the full-time remote Senior Security and IT Manager will unify security posture, IT operations, and compliance, managing a team across these disciplines while directly reporting to the VP of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Unify and mature the security, IT, and compliance functions under a coherent strategy
• Own the security posture by implementing application security standards and practices across the engineering organization
• Scale the compliance program and manage the SOC 2 Type 2 audit cycle and other compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security, IT, or GRC, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven expertise across application security, IT operations, and compliance/GRC
• Familiarity with OWASP and vulnerability management programs
• Experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta
• Strong strategic communication skills to translate complex security and compliance issues for leadership and customers
