Senior Security Automation Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise customers with SIEM engineering and security automation initiatives, the full-time Senior Security Automation Consultant will onboard and integrate security data, develop detection content, and optimize security solutions in a 100% remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize SIEM and security analytics solutions for enterprise customers
- Onboard and validate security log sources and telemetry from various security technologies
- Develop and tune detection content, correlation rules, and security analytics to improve alert fidelity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SIEM engineering, detection engineering, or related cybersecurity disciplines
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar
- Experience in developing and tuning correlation rules and detection content
- Proficiency in Python or scripting for security engineering and automation
- Strong understanding of SOC operations and incident response
