Senior Security Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise customers with security automation initiatives, the full-time Senior Security Automation Engineer will design, implement, and optimize SIEM solutions remotely while developing detection content and improving alert quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize SIEM and security analytics solutions for enterprise environments
- Onboard and validate security log sources and telemetry from various security technologies
- Develop Python-based tooling to support detection engineering and SOC workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SIEM engineering or related cybersecurity disciplines
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar
- Experience developing and tuning detection content and correlation rules
- Strong understanding of SOC operations and threat detection
- Python or scripting experience for security engineering and automation
