Senior Security Consultant
Job Summary
Leading strategic governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) engagements, the full-time Senior Security Consultant will elevate client security posture and compliance maturity by developing multi-quarter roadmaps, providing expert guidance on risk management frameworks, and overseeing incident management processes, all while delivering executive-level insights and communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain security and compliance roadmaps aligned to client goals and risk posture
- Provide governance oversight for incident response readiness and coordinate with service delivery teams
- Mentor Security Consultants and Analysts, contributing to the evolution of methodologies and standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Must have or complete certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, security consulting, or advisory roles
- Mastery of risk management and cybersecurity frameworks relevant to SMB environments
- Expertise in executive communication and stakeholder management
