Job Summary
To support organizations in effectively detecting and responding to threats, the full-time Senior Security Consultant will provide incident response, forensic analysis, and crisis management services, working remotely or from in-office locations in Cambridge, MA, or New York, USA.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and customer teams to investigate and contain security incidents
- Recognize and document attacker Tools, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) for ongoing investigations
- Lead complex client-facing investigations, examining cloud, endpoint, and network-based sources of evidence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- 5 years of experience in end-to-end incident response investigations and containment actions
- 5 years of investigative experience with network forensics, malware triage, cloud forensics, or disk and memory forensics
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
- Certifications in cloud platforms are preferred
