Senior Security Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise customers with security automation initiatives, the full-time Senior Security Consultant will design, implement, and optimize SIEM solutions while working remotely to enhance threat detection and security telemetry.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and optimize SIEM and security analytics solutions for enterprise environments
• Onboard and validate security log sources, ensuring accurate detection capabilities
• Develop and tune detection content and correlation rules to improve alert fidelity

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SIEM engineering, detection engineering, or related cybersecurity fields
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar
• Experience in onboarding log sources and validating security telemetry
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for security engineering and automation
• Strong understanding of SOC operations and incident response
