Senior Security Engineer
Job Summary
To engineer and secure a multi-cloud environment, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to embed security into architecture, harden cloud platforms, and design secure identity strategies, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain secure, resilient cloud environments optimized for performance
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate security into daily architecture and tooling
- Lead disaster recovery exercises and adapt cloud architecture as company needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP or AWS; Azure experience is a plus
- Solid DevOps background, including Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record of designing secure and resilient systems that enhance engineering velocity
- Experience in a fast-moving or late-stage startup environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
