Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on building an AI-first Identity and Access Management capability, the full-time remote Senior Security Engineer will design and deliver access models, automate identity lifecycle processes, and ensure secure data access for users and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the identity lifecycle end to end, building automation for onboarding, changes, and removals of identities
• Design and implement access models based on data classification, ensuring time-bound access for critical data
• Engineer identity as code, maintaining provisioning logic and access review rules in version control

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, security engineering, or software engineering with substantial ownership of identity systems
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity providers like Okta, including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and lifecycle automation
• Experience managing identity across enterprise SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace and Salesforce
• Proficiency in cloud IAM, ideally AWS, including policy design and short-lived credentials
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar language
