Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as an information security subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Technology Security Engineer will work remotely to identify and mitigate security risks, lead complex security projects, and collaborate with stakeholders on enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex information security projects, ensuring timely deliverables and alignment with architectural requirements
• Identify, assess, and document information technology risks while coordinating risk acceptance and remediation efforts
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, facilitating troubleshooting sessions and the introduction of new security capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Eight years of experience in information security or related roles, including at least four years specifically in information security
• Information security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS preferred
• Advanced knowledge of information security standards, technologies, and audit practices
• Proficiency in identity and access management concepts and technologies
