Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support the security of cloud infrastructure across multiple business units, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will architect cloud security guardrails, build automation for security issue discovery, and manage the cloud security exception lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and evolve cloud security guardrails, implementing policies and controls for secure cloud infrastructure usage
• Build automation to discover, measure, and contextualize security issues, integrating with CSPM/DSPM tools
• Own the cloud security exception lifecycle, developing tooling and processes for managing security exceptions at scale

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software or security engineer
• 4+ years of experience securing infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP at scale
• Deep experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform and cloud security best practices
• Strong understanding of IAM policies and roles across AWS and GCP
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-faceted projects from concept to launch
