Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative global Security Engineering Platform team, the remote Senior Security Engineer will design and build secure access management systems, conduct security reviews, and create self-service tools for engineers across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and harden paved paths for privileged access and secrets management
• Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, and testing of tier-0 security services
• Develop self-service tooling and integrations for just-in-time access and dynamic secrets

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Security, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineer at an internet scale organization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or a related field
• Strong software engineering skills in object-oriented languages (e.g., Go, Java, Kotlin)
• Hands-on experience with access management and secret storage systems
• Working knowledge of identity and authentication standards (e.g., OIDC, SAML)
