Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise security functions, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will focus on Entity and User Behavior Analytics (EUBA) and Non-Human Identity Behavior Analytics (NHIBA), managing complex initiatives that integrate identity, endpoint, application, and cloud telemetry to detect anomalous activities in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize behavioral analytics platforms to identify high-risk activities across various identities and applications
• Lead hypothesis-driven threat hunts and automate investigation workflows for behavioral anomalies
• Serve as a technical mentor and escalation point for junior security engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to improve security telemetry

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in security engineering, detection engineering, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in developing behavioral analytics and anomaly detections from security telemetry
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and identity-based attack techniques
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, SQL, or PowerShell
• Relevant certifications in security analytics, identity security, or incident response
