Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a mission to enhance security, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will investigate threats, conduct digital forensics, and develop AI-assisted workflows remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into security threats and platform abuse, analyzing evidence to determine impact and remediation
• Develop and improve AI-assisted workflows for incident response and ongoing audits, automating repeatable investigation tasks
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and implement security controls based on investigation findings

Required qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in technology or software development, including automation and tooling
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development or agentic workflows for security tasks
• Experience investigating security threats, including log analysis and identifying threat indicators
• Ability to translate security findings into software design changes or automated controls
• Experience with cloud or SaaS systems, utilizing application and audit data for investigations
