Senior Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the security of a cutting-edge AI platform for SAP, the full-time Senior Security Engineer will design and harden security architecture, lead red team initiatives, and collaborate with customer security teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and harden the platform security architecture across cloud and future on-prem deployments
• Lead internal red team efforts to test access controls and validate tenant isolation under realistic attack patterns
• Raise the internal security baseline by implementing compliance frameworks and security standards

Required qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in application security, cloud security (particularly AWS), and identity and access management
• Experience with adversarial thinking, whether from offensive security or defensive engineering backgrounds
• Fluency in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
• Track record of public technical output, including writing, talks, or open-source contributions (strongly preferred)
