Senior Security Incident Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global security investigations and incident response program, the full-time Senior Security Incident Manager will manage major incidents, guide technical investigations, and develop response capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security incidents and investigations across the full lifecycle, from initial assessment through containment and recovery
• Serve as incident commander for major security events, coordinating technical and cross-functional response teams
• Drive engineering improvements to response tooling and security telemetry, including AI-enabled workflows for investigation and analysis

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead major security incidents in technology-driven, cloud-native environments
• Strong technical foundation in security operations, investigations, and digital forensics
• Experience managing and developing technical teams and guiding incident response efforts
• Track record of building scalable response capabilities through repeatable practices and operational measures
