Senior Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Global Security Operations team, the full-time Senior Security Operations Manager will manage day-to-day security operations, act as incident commander during security incidents, and drive modernization efforts through AI and automation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Global Security Operations team and coordinate responses to major security incidents
• Manage a globally distributed team, providing mentorship, training, and setting operational objectives
• Own the detection strategy and health of the SIEM environment, ensuring effective threat identification and response

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response
• 3+ years of people management experience with a successful track record in developing security teams
• Proven experience as an incident commander for security incidents, leading responses and driving postmortems
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) related to security event investigation and response
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
