Senior Security Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To manage AI-related security risks within a cybersecurity organization, the contract Senior Security Operations Specialist will work remotely, supporting secure AI adoption and ensuring compliance with established security standards while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the remediation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of unregistered AI usage aligned with governance processes
- Partner with technology, security, risk, and compliance teams to support secure AI adoption and ensure alignment with security requirements
- Support adherence to AI security standards, policies, and regulatory expectations, including tracking remediation efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Technology operations, Security Operations, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML systems
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, technology governance, and security implications
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations and risk frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms, data governance, and secure software development practices
