Senior Security Research Engineer

Job Summary

To lead innovative security features against emerging threats, the full-time Senior Security Research Engineer will conduct research on attacker techniques, build endpoint visibility, and develop production code across various operating systems while working remotely from distributed locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and develop protections against emerging attacker techniques and real-world threats
• Build and enhance endpoint visibility by instrumenting new event sources across multiple operating systems
• Write and maintain performant C/C++ code that runs on millions of endpoints, ensuring stability and security

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience analyzing attacker tactics and building detection methods
• 6+ years of development experience in C, C++, and Python
• Deep knowledge of operating system internals, particularly in Windows
• In-depth experience in reverse engineering and malware analysis
• Strong collaborative skills and a passion for learning new technologies
