Senior Security Software Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership within Security Operations, the full-time Senior Security Software Engineer will own the architecture and evolution of critical systems, automate security compliance, and integrate security reviews into engineering workflows, with the flexibility to work remotely and in-office as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture and technical direction of Security Operations systems and developer-facing security capabilities
- Design and build reliable production services and infrastructure-as-code that govern cloud resources and software delivery workflows
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and operational maturity
Required qualifications
- Experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems in security engineering or related areas
- Strong experience with AWS security architecture and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Demonstrated ownership of complex technical initiatives, including architecture definition and impact delivery
- Strong software engineering judgment across system design, APIs, and reliability of security-critical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
