Job Summary
Working directly with US-based customers, the full-time Senior Security Solutions Engineer will implement and optimize security operations using the Hypernative platform, focusing on risk strategy, customer collaboration, and hands-on configuration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in analyzing their Web3 assets, evaluating security postures, and developing comprehensive monitoring and response plans
- Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding potential security issues and shifts in the threat landscape
- Configure and customize the Hypernative platform for customer environments, providing hands-on support and training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain security concepts
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices related to digital assets
- Working proficiency in Python for scripting and integrations
- Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements
