Job Summary
Working full-time, the Senior Security Solutions Engineer will assist US-based customers in implementing and optimizing the Hypernative platform by configuring the system, scripting integrations in Python, and providing ongoing support and training.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in analyzing their Web3 assets, evaluating security postures, and developing comprehensive monitoring and response plans
- Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding potential security issues and changes in the threat landscape
- Configure and customize the Hypernative platform, including custom rules and integrations, while providing hands-on support to ensure seamless integration with existing workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry standards related to digital assets and blockchain technologies
- Working proficiency in Python for scripting and integrations
- Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements with a customer-first attitude
