Job Summary
To lead the strategy for SEO, AEO, and GEO, the full-time Senior SEO and AEO Manager will define and execute the discoverability roadmap for expecting and new parents, collaborating with various teams to enhance visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own the organic search roadmap and its KPIs, ensuring stable and growing Google rankings across key categories
- Develop AI-driven systems in collaboration with internal teams and replace vendor tools with in-house solutions as needed
- Publish monthly and quarterly SEO and AEO performance reviews and provide guidance across the organization
Required qualifications
- Proven experience building and running an AEO program with defined KPIs
- Deep technical SEO expertise on large, complex sites, including structured data and internal linking
- Experience linking AI visibility and citations to business metrics like signups and revenue
- Hands-on experience in data analysis and content strategy development
- Applied AEO or GEO experience, preferably in a consumer brand or marketplace environment
