Senior SEO Manager
Job Summary
To drive organic growth, the full-time Senior SEO Manager will define and execute SEO strategies for Coursera's platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility across search engines and emerging discovery platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute SEO and organic discovery strategies across web, AI search, and emerging platforms
- Prioritize and drive content, technical, and programmatic SEO initiatives with measurable impact
- Act as an SEO subject matter expert, partnering with teams to implement best practices across marketing, product, and content
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing SEO programs for large-scale websites or platforms
- Experience leading technical SEO initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams
- Proficiency in SEO and data platforms such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive measurable impact
- Experience optimizing for discovery surfaces beyond web search
