Senior SEO Strategy Lead
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution for organic growth, the remote Senior SEO Strategy Lead will manage SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives, driving measurable improvements in visibility, traffic, and bookings through hands-on data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the organic growth strategy and content roadmap for SEO, AEO, and GEO, ensuring alignment with technical and content standards
- Conduct data analysis using SQL to identify opportunities and measure the impact of SEO initiatives on traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices and enhance AI model understanding of Airbnb's offerings
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and opportunity sizing
- Proven track record of successfully launching large-scale SEO programs
- Expertise in technical SEO and content strategy, including site architecture and structured data
- Familiarity with AI-powered search engines and their optimization
