Senior Service Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders, the full-time Senior Service Delivery Analyst will leverage advanced SQL and Epic Clarity expertise to build and optimize reporting solutions, analyze complex revenue cycle data, and drive actionable insights in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Customer Operations and Service Delivery
- Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract and validate data from revenue cycle environments
- Translate analysis into client-ready reporting and conduct account performance reviews to identify actionable opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing and claims
- Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and scalable query design
- Experience with Snowflake and reporting tools such as Power BI
