Senior Service Order Specialist

Job Summary

Coordinating the preparation and delivery of service orders, the full-time Senior Service Order Production and Delivery Specialist will manage project documentation and support client projects while providing guidance to team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, formatting, and distribution of service orders to ensure compliance with project and client requirements
• Coordinate the entire service order production process from initial request through completion, tracking status and addressing potential delays
• Serve as a primary resource for assigned tasks, mentoring team members and promoting best practices in service order delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• At least five years of relevant experience in project coordination, project administration, or operations support
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating service orders and project documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to independently manage deliverables and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
